I've been a full-time travel writer for a decade or so, mostly updating guidebooks for Lonely Planet. Having been constantly in motion for much of that time, staying in one place for the foreseeable future is an unprecedented experience for me. Everything is up in the air and I will do my utmost to record the experiences from this corner of the world as the pandemic progresses.
